This swim program runs September through December with the opportunity to join at anytime; price will be pro-rated accordingly. A certified coach will lead you through a great workout including a variety of stroke drills, distance challenges and individual feedback. This unique group is ideal for recreational and competitive swimmers as well as triathletes. Swim meets are an option for those who are interested-the coach will discuss this with you. All swimming abilities are welcome to join, but you should be able to swim at least 50m and be comfortable in deep water.

Call 780-497-4616 for information or 780-497-5300 to register. Drop-in rates of $10 apply and an 11 punch card is $100. Or you can pay a registration fee of $185 for the entire session.
