Value-Added Classes
Value-Added are FREE for people who have memberships with MacEwan Centre for Sport and Wellness. These classes were formally known as Drop-in Classes. If you are not a member and wish to attend these classes, they are $9 for adults, $7 for Teens, and $6.50 for 55+.
All Fall Fitness and Aquatics Value-Added classes run from Sep 7- Dec 18. No classes Oct 11 and Nov 11.
Phenominal Abdominals
Strengthen your core and get working those abs! This free class is available to members everyday.

High Velocity Spin
Gear up for a spinning adventure with superb instructors guiding you through cycling strength, super speed work, challenging hills and more. Regardless of your fitness level, you will be able to challenge yourself as you set the level of intensity that suits your individual fitness level.

Spin & Core
This class is a combo of 40–45 minutes of challenging spin intervals and hill work and fun group games followed by 15–20 minutes of hard core exercises and cool-down stretches. This class gets your heart pumping and muscles burning by combining a mixture of intense cardio intervals and resistance training.

Turbo Knockout
This high -energy class combines high-intensity cardio activities, kickboxing moves and full-intensity strength training designed to kick start your fitness to the next level.

Tune up your body with functional fitness. This class is a circuit-style workout incorporating intervals, balance, core stability and toning exercises. A variety of equipment will be used to sculpt your muscles.
