Shallow Water Fitness
Enjoy a workout which is invigorating and refreshing, yet low impact. This class combines cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength to provide you with a fun shallow water workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Deepwater Fitness
Looking for a way to be active without putting stress on your joints? Using an "aqua jogger" belt for support, this class improves cardiovascular conditioning and strengthens and tones all body muscles.

Ever thought about what it would be like to do Yoga or Pilates in the water? Join us for a relaxing and stress free time utilizing the techniques and movements of Yoga and Pilates. Experience the calming and strengthening of your mind and body.

NEW! Early Bird Water Fitness
Up early and want to get active before beginning your busy schedule? This is the class for you. Join us for our early bird water fitness class where you will get energized for your day, while strengthening your muscles and cardiovascular system. Come in your swimsuit with a water bottle and get ready to sweat.

NEW! Stroke Fixers for Adults
Fixers for Adults are drop-in sessions designed to improve swimming abilities and develop correct technique. Suitable for those who are comfortable swimming, but want some additional help to make
their stroke more efficient, this drop-in session goes from September to December. Come once or come each week—it’s up to you. An instructor will be available to assist you during this time. Fri / 12–1pm
