55+ Stretch & Tone
Join us for a one-hour stretch and tone fitness class. The program will include muscular strength and endurance activities with hand weights and Dynabands. We will also be concentrating on flexibility with comprehensive exercises to work on range of motion for all your joints. No experience necessary, just a great attitude and a willingness to try a few new things!

55+ Workout-Level 1
Want to increase your energy level? Join other participants for a fun-filled program combining cardiovascular fitness, flexibility training and muscular strength development. This class is geared towards the novice exerciser. Take part in the fun, it will surely leave you feeling energized.

55+ Workout-Level 2
Join in the fun and improve your health with this basic group fitness class that will help enhance your range of motion, improve overall body strength and pump up the actions of the lungs. Exercises are safe, easy to follow, and most of all, fun.

Join us in this fun, low impact and invigorating class, which increases your range of motion, cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Put on your swimsuit, grab a water bottle and get ready for a great time. No swim skills required.
