If you are a beginner or someone looking to get back on track with healthy living, this is the program for you. This program offers basic nutrition and exercise content necessary to help keep you motivated and moving toward a better, healthier you. Learn and participate in the basic design and implementation of your own fitness program and understand how to pair nutrition with exercise for a winning combination.
You will work with a Registered Dietician one-on-one, and exercise in a small group (12 people maximum), while learning about the various components of fitness. This program will inspire you, motivate you, and guide you to success. Long-lasting change and safety are at the core of this ultimate fitness and lifestyle package.

Beginner Pilates» $85 (6 Sessions)
Learn basic Pilates mat exercises with an emphasis on proper body alignment, breath, deep core engagement and overall quality of movement. This full-body workout will increase strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness, allowing you to move more freely and efficiently in your body.

Begin to spin » $70 (6 Classes)
Are you interested in trying spin, but aren't too sure about all the loud music and sweat? Try our Begin to Spin class that will include how to set up the bike, a sample of fun workouts, calorie-burning exercise routines and proper cool down with stretching. Our Fitness staff will safely take you through energizing workouts that are just the right intensity for you.

Begin to Run » $70 (6 Classes)
Have you ever wanted to start running, but were unsure of how to start? Try our Begin to Run program lead by a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Learn about goal setting, shoe selection and injury prevention. Fun, friendship and faster feet will be emphasized in the introduction to running course.

Beginner Bootcamp» $70 (6 Classes)
Work hard and have fun in a non-intimidating bootcamp class that gives you the opportunity to get out of the gym and try new exercises in our community.
