AFLCA Certification
The Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA) offers certification in the following areas of group exercise leadership: Aquatic Exercise, Resistance Training, Fitness for the Older Adult, Group Exercise Leader, (areas of specialization are Portable Equipment, Choreography, Step, Cycling, Mind/Body). Exercise Theory » $210
A minimum 24-hour course covering basic fitness principles and a variety of activity experiences.
