Hate that burning sensation in your legs after that first snowfall? Whatever your winter wonderland activity is-get ready for it! This class will combine balance work, core strength, leg strengthening and interval training to get you ready for everything from skiing, snowboarding, skating and cross country skiing. Come for an hour of work that will get you on track for all that winter has to offer.

Morning Body Bootcamp » $135 (12 Classes)
Do you want to start your morning with a workout designed to kick your metabolism into action for the day? Be prepared to be awakened with a workout that will take you to the next level of fitness. This program is a specially designed training system incorporating high-intensity cardio and strength activities. Although challenging, this program can be adapted to all fitness levels.

Extreme Urban Bootcamp » $70 (6 Classes)
Get ready for BOOTCAMP with a funky attitude. Are you looking for a way to add a little adventure to your training? Take part in an exciting, high-energy romp through the streets and parks of downtown Edmonton. You will run, jump, hop, bound, climb stairs, leap over obstacles and much more on your way to a heart-pounding, muscle-fatiguing and mood-lifting training session. On extremely foul weather days, class will take place indoors.

Triathlon Training 
Treat your off-season fitness with the respect it deserves and create the perfect base that your in-season training is built upon.

You will take part in group resistance training workouts, rides, runs, and swim sessions led by highly qualified trainers that will increase base strength, fitness and improve technique through a periodized and progressive training program. Energize your body and spirit as you journey through your training alongside others who can offer their support and encouragement. Participants must have swimming experience and the ability to cycle and run a minimum of 30 minutes.

Your package includes:
• 3 group training sessions per week with a highly qualified trainer
• Periodized and progressive training program
• Training journal to track your workouts
• A Running Route booklet
• Motivation and guidance on nutrition, injury prevention, race preparation, and proper training gear.

This program is geared towards triathletes and endurance athletes (i.e. runner, cyclist, swimmer) who are looking for a well-rounded, off-season strength training regimen.

Training is monthly so participants must register for each month separately (set up of automatic monthly payment withdrawal is possible). Registration deadline is 3 days prior to the start of the month.
