Ever wanted to complete a 5km run, but you weren't sure where to start or find the motivation? It's here. Learn to run a 5km from scratch. You will learn the basics about running technique, proper clothing and how to train. Bring a friend and get yourself on track to running your first 5km.
For those who want to put what they learn into to practice—we will work up to Nancy’s Butterfly Run on July 11. Registration for the run is $35 and any donations go to support the Edmonton Community Foundation for Nancy's Butterfly Fund in Edmonton.
